Refund Policy – ZoomMart.co
At ZoomMart.co, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Once the returned product(s) reach us, the refund process may take an additional 5-7 days.
Return & Exchange Process:
- We offer reverse pick-up services, subject to availability in your area.
- A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items within that order.
- Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier service is unable to pick up the shipment, you must send the product back to our company address at your own cost.
- Please return the product(s) in original condition as received. Products that are used, damaged, or without original packaging/tags will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product(s), and the amount will reflect in your bank account.
Cancellations:
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Self-Shipping for Returns:
If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you will need to ship the product(s) to our return address:

Please ensure that:
- The product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- The Order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package.
- The product is in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Once we receive the product, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
Terms & Conditions:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. Any errors in the details will not be the responsibility of ZoomMart.co.
- If you receive an SMS or email stating that your order is delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Customers must take proper care of the product(s) while in their possession and return them in the same condition as received.
- If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us within 24 hours at our support channels with details and images of the damage.
- After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund eligibility via email. Refunds are typically processed within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
